ANOTHER JOB BEING LINED UP BY WARBURTON.
Former Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton is “in the frame” for the QPR job.
The 56-year-old, who has been out of work since being sacked by the Reds in December 2017, is said to have been interviewed for a second time by Loftus Road bosses, as they continue their search for a successor to another ex-Forest boss, Steve McClaren.

HATTERS GET A NEW BOSS
Former Belgium and West Bromwich Albion assistant boss Graeme Jones has been appointed as Luton Town manager for next season on a three-year contract.
Jones, 49, will take over from Mick Harford on 7 May and lead the Hatters in the Championship following their promotion from League One.
So Mick Hartford gets them promoted but doesn’t get the job🤔
By coincided it was 60 years ago today that Nottingham Forest beat Luton Town 2-1 in the FA cup final and were the first club to do it with 10 men.
Winger Roy Dwight, uncle of Reg Dwight AKA Elton John, scores a goal but then is carried off with a broken leg, no subs in those days.

LOOKS LIKE THE BREAD MAN FOR THE HOOPS
Former Nottingham Forest manager Mark Warburton is close to being named as Queens Park Rangers' new manager, claim reports.
The 56-year old was one of a cast of applicants interviewed for the role at Loftus Road, including Gary Rowett, Michael Appleton and Tim Sherwood.
And, according to reports, Warburton is set to take charge in West London, allowing him the entire summer to prepare his squad for next season.

WARNOCK GETS THE DREADED VOTE OF CONFIDENCE
Neil Warnock has received the support of Cardiff owner Vincent Tan to remain as the club’s manager despite relegation from the Premier League.
Warnock seemed to question his own future after Saturday’s 3-2 home defeat to Crystal Palace confirmed Cardiff’s return to the Sky Bet Championship, with the 70-year-old saying he had “no idea” whether he would be staying.
But Malaysian businessman Tan has delivered a vote of confidence and wants Warnock to attempt to extend his own record of promotions as a manager to nine.
“I am happy for Neil to stay and achieve his ninth promotion,” Tan told BBC Sport Wales.

BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD?
Former Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton wants to get QPR moving “in the right direction” after taking up the managerial post at Loftus Road.
Warburton had been out of work since being axed by the Reds on New Year’s Eve in 2017, but was yesterday appointed Rangers’ manager, penning a two-year contract.
He replaces another ex-Forest chief in Steve McClaren, who was sacked last month after a run of just one win in 15 matches.
QPR finished the Championship season in 19th, 11 points above the relegation zone, and Warburton hopes to push them up the table next term.
I’ll not hold my breath

HERO TO ZERO?
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be fighting for his job at Manchester United if they lose to Cardiff.
It is being reported that the Old Trafford board may soon have a decision to make.
United have been on a dismal run of form since Solskjaer was appointed on a permanent basis, winning just two of their last 10 matches.
