WHAT'S GOING WRONG AT THE 'LAMB MOLESTERS'?
Derby County have sacked chief executive and president Sam Rush for "gross misconduct".
The Championship club released a statement on Wednesday saying Rush had been dismissed with immediate effect "on the grounds of gross misconduct and breach of fiduciary duty".
It added they would be making no further comment at this stage.

From what I can find, he's been a bit too close to some transfer dealings cash. Or should I say, the cash got too close to him!

WILL THIS MERRY-GO-ROUND EVER STOP?
NEXT IN LINE TO LEAVE
Paul Lambert is reportedly on the brink of quitting Wolves over a dispute about the club's transfer policy.
The Scot is said to be close to quitting the Championship club after Jorge Mendes, who is branded as one of the game's super agents, was allegedly put in charge of player recruitment.
That is said to have disappointed Lambert, and has left him on the verge of resigning just six months after being installed Walter Zenga's successor.

A DOWNWARDS TREND FOR COWLEY? AND A WOLVES LINK?
Danny Cowley, who guided Lincoln to the Football League, in his first season of full-time management was considered as a possible replacement for Alex Neil at Norwich according to the Press Association.
Cowley, who works alongside brother Nick, also guided Lincoln to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, making them the first non-League side to reach the last eight in 103 years.
*From Braintree to Lincoln to Norwich? Definitely a downward trajectory 😜*
However it add that "the jump from the Imps to the Sky Bet Championship is thought to be too soon this time".
With Huddersfield boss David Wagner set to be priced out of a switch, Wolves manager Paul Lambert has been linked with a return to Carrow Road.

WATFORD NOW HAVE A GAP TO SERVICE 😜
Manager Walter Mazzarri is to leave Watford after Sunday's final game of the season at home to Manchester City.
The 55-year-old Italian was in charge of the Hornets, who are 16th in the Premier League, for less than a year.
Watford chairman Scott Duxbury said Mazzarri's departure was confirmed after the board discussed "future goals and aspirations" with him.
"It was decided he will be stepping down from his position as the club's head coach," said Duxbury.

HOW STRANGE! It is reported that Watford want to replace sacked manager Walter Mazzarri with Hull City boss Marco Silva. So sack the manager who kept you up and recruit a manager who took his side down? ?🤔

BARNET HAVE A NEW HEAD
Barnet have appointed former interim manager and assistant first team coach Rossi Eames as their new head coach.
At the age of 32, Eames is the youngest full-time boss in the top four divisions of English football.
Eames took joint charge of the Bees in December when Martin Allen left to join Eastleigh, winning four of his 11 games alongside Henry Newman.
He then won two of the final four games of the season after Kevin Nugent was sacked as head coach in April.
Eames was previously a coach with the club's development and academy sides before working as Nugent's assistant.

I KNOW THIS WILL SHOCK YOU BUT.....
Moyes resigns
David Moyes has resigned as manager of Sunderland following the club's relegation from the Premier League.
Moyes' side finished bottom of the table after winning just six of their 38 games in a dismal campaign.
Former Everton boss Moyes took charge just last summer in the hope of reviving his career after failed spells at Manchester United and Real Sociedad.
