THIRD TIME LUCKY? ? Dagenham and Redbridge have appointed John Still as their new manager. It will be Still's third spell in charge of League Two Daggers, having led the club from 1992-1994 and from 2004-2013, where he took them from the Conference to League One. Still was sacked as Luton Town manager earlier this month after almost three years at Kenilworth Road. "I'm delighted. The club has been important to me since I was 15 years old," Still told the club website. "I've come back and it's like putting on an old pair of slippers, they just fitted back in really," the 65-year-old added.

The 41-year-old has most recently been working as an academy coach at Nottingham Forest.
Notts, 18th in League Two, have been without a manager since late December.
Scotland Under-21 international Fullarton also played for St Mirren, Dundee United, Brentford and Southend.

Fullarton was also instrumental in establishing a juniors football organisation near Marbella. It seems to have been a great success and runs juniors teams from Juveniles down to Pre-benjamines (known there as Estrellitas). www.costaunida.com/#/welcome/4530430602

NOT THE GUY WE FIRST THOUGHT MIGHT GET THE JOB THEN Brentford are to appoint Dean Smith as their head coach. The 44-year-old is leaving League One side Walsall, where he has managed for almost six years, to take over at Championship Brentford. Must be some relived 'Bee's" fans out there. Not sure about that! A win percentage of 32% (at Walsall) is nothing to cheer about. Why, oh why, did we let Warburton go. A win percentage of 51% at Brentford and now 85% at Rangers! Just thought I'd update Mr Smith's stats. Win percentage so far at Brentford.....38%! It won't be long 'til he's down to Dijkhuisen's 22%!

BANG, AND ANOTHER ONE GOES
And why can't chairmen have something else to say besides the usual "we wish him the best, blah blah blah" and We would like to thank........ for all the hard work etc.etc.
League One side Oldham Athletic have sacked manager David Dunn after a run of seven league games without a win.
Ex-Blackburn midfielder Dunn replaced Darren Kelly on a temporary basis in September and was confirmed in his first management role after a month. The 36-year-old, who joined the Latics as a player last summer, won just three of his 20 games in charge.
Assistant manager Dean Holden and first team coach Keith Brown have also left the club.
"I would like to place on record my thanks and gratitude to David for his tireless efforts over the past four months under what have been extremely difficult circumstances," chairman Simon Corney told the club website.
