AND NOW ITS BOLTON WANDERERS IN THE SMELLY BROWN STUFF 💩
Bolton Wanderers could be put into administration on Tuesday morning, according to club owner Ken Anderson.
Anderson said he offered to repay creditors BluMarble Capital Ltd a £4m loan plus interest but that the offer had been rejected.
The club could be deducted 12 points for going into administration. They are currently eighth in the Championship with 11 points after six games.
"I feel sure that they will live to regret their actions," Anderson said.
Bolton took out a loan with BluMarble in 2015 and according to the Bolton News there is a funding gap for the next 12 months of up to £13m.
Anderson added: "[BluMarble] will now need to fund the club administration going forward, which will take a minimum of three months and will automatically put the club in a two-year transfer embargo and a minimum immediate points deduction of 12 points.
"In my opinion, their actions will substantially reduce the value of the club in respect of any future sale and will make it far more difficult to find a future investor/buyer."

SAVED BY THE SKIN OF THEIR TEETH, FOR NOW!
Bolton Wanderers say they have avoided administration after agreeing a deal to pay off their main creditor BluMarble Capital Ltd.
Owner Ken Anderson had warned the Championship club was due to be placed in administration after an initial offer to repay the firm was rejected.
Bolton had offered to repay a £4m loan plus interest but have not confirmed the financial aspects of the deal.
They have, however, avoided punishment from the English Football League

THAT’S CHARLTON ATHLETIC FOR THE DROP THEN
Former Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi could be set for a return to English football.
The Kuwaiti sold the Championship club to Greek tycoon Evangelos Marinakis last summer, ending a tumultuous five-year reign at the City Ground, but has been out of the game since.
Now, Al Hasawi has been pictured at Charlton Athletic, with suggestions a deal could be struck for the League One outfit, with Reds fans keen to see the club sold after protesting against owner Roland Duchatelet

I TOLD ‘EM’ OLDHAM (one for the older readers)
Oldham Athletic's players have threatened to go on strike over unpaid wages, BBC Radio Manchester reports.
The League Two club have said they will not be commenting on the matter at this stage.
The Latics were relegated from League One last season and have made a solid start to the campaign with four wins and five draws from their opening 11 league matches.
They host Carlisle on Saturday, looking to stretch their unbeaten run to five.
Oldham were taken over by Moroccan businessman Abdallah Lemsagam in January.
In November 2017 they were visited by HM Revenue and Customs and have faced a winding-up petition in each of the past three years.

NO PAY, NO PLAY
Bolton Wanderers’ players have called in the Professional Footballers’ Association after their wages row plunged the Championship strugglers into further turmoil.
Phil Parkinson’s squad have still not been paid their salaries for November, nearly a week after the scheduled date of last Friday, and the issue was unresolved on Thursday night ahead of Saturday’s game at league leaders Norwich.
Bolton’s players went on strike in July after bonuses were unpaid, boycotting a friendly against St Mirren, and this latest development raises the prospect of more unrest for manager Parkinson, whose side have not won in 10 league games.
Parkinson’s future has been thrown into more doubt after the dismissal of Paul Clement at Reading, with the 51-year-old expected to emerge as a leading contender for the job. He spent 11 years at Reading as a player.
It has even been claimed that Parkinson threatened to miss the game at Carrow Road over the pay row but sources have denied the allegation and insist he will be on the team coach that travels to Norwich.

TROTTERS PROBLEMS GET WORSE
Sources have confirmed the PFA will step in and fund Bolton Wanderers players individually to ensure they’re paid their November wages before Christmas.
The players have not received their salaries for last month and its thought December’s wages are also likely to miss the due date for payment.
Contractually players can serve 14 days notice on the Club if the salaries aren’t paid after two weeks from the due date, which would be this Friday,

IF YOU WIN ON THE ‘EL GORDO’ THIS WEEKEND I KNOW WHERE YOU CAN SPEND YOUR WINNINGS
Owls to be put up for sale
Sheffield Wednesday owner Dejphon Chansiri has told fans he is putting the Championship club up for sale.
Speaking at a fans’ forum on Wednesday night, Chansiri said he believed there was plenty of interest in the club despite off-field problems which saw Owls placed under a transfer embargo for much of the summer.
“I will put this club on the market and I believe many people will want to buy,” Chansiri said.
The Thai businessman bought the club in early 2015 from Milan Mandaric, and the early signs were promising as they finished in the Championship play-off places in his first two full seasons.
But they fell short of promotion to the Premier League and could only manage 15th place last season.
They sit 18th in the current table with 24 points from 22 games, and fans have begun to turn against coach Jos Luhukay.

DO YOU WANT TO BUY THE OLDEST LEAGUE CLUB IN THE WORLD?
Notts County owner Alan Hardy has put the struggling League Two club up for sale after two years in charge.
The decision was announced by the club just hours after Hardy announced that he was leaving Twitter following the accidental publication of an "inappropriate photo".
In a statement, Hardy said: "After considerable soul-searching, I no longer feel I can continue as owner."
Notts currently lie bottom of the English Football League.

ARE THE ‘TROTTERS’ TROTTING OFF?
Bolton will appear in court next month to face a winding-up petition issued by HM Revenue and Customs.
The hearing is scheduled to be held in the High Court on the morning of March 20.
Meanwhile, Bolton chairman Ken Anderson is looking to sell the club and claims discussions are ongoing with “several” consortia.
But in an update on Bolton’s official website, he warned some rumours of potential investors were “pure fiction”.

BEING SENT TO COVENTRY?
Coventry City have been given two months to confirm their home ground for next season, or face expulsion from the English Football League.
The EFL has demanded an update on the League One club's plan for next season by 5 March, giving Coventry under two weeks to reach a breakthrough with the stadium's owners Wasps, the Premiership Rugby side.
Should Coventry fail to make progress by that date, and extraordinary meeting will be held on 25 April to decide whether they should be removed from the Football League system.
Coventry's rental agreement at the Ricoh Arena expires at the end of the season, having reached the deal with Wasps after they bought the stadium in 2014 as part of their relocation from High Wycombe's Adams Park. However, Coventry's owners Sisu remain in a legal battle with the rugby outfit over that sale.
A statement issued by the EFL on Friday read: "The EFL board has formally written to Coventry City with a final request for clarity in regard to where the Club will stage its home matches for the 2019/20 season.

THE LAMB MOLESTERS ARE STILL BOTTOM OF THE PILE
This season hasn't thrown up many positives for Huddersfield Town fans, but Tuesday's 1-0 victory took the Terriers' points tally to 14, ensuring that they will not go down as the worst Premier League side in history.
Regardless of what happens going forward, this season's Huddersfield side have done enough to escape the unwanted award of 'Worst Premier League Team in History'. That title goes to Derby County.
The Rams found themselves the butt of jokes nationwide, and bookmakers even began paying out on bets for Derby to be relegated after a 6-0 loss to Liverpool in September. Perhaps spurred on by this, Derby went on to earn a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United in their next game, in what proved to be their only victory of the season.
They then set a record for consecutive matches without a win as Derby suffered through the remaining 32 games of the season without a victory. Derby finished with just 11 points, which remains the lowest tally ever recorded by a Premier League side.
🤣👍🤣👍🤣😁😂😱🤣💥👍

WANT TO BUY A FOOTBALL CLUB FOR £1?
Derby County owner Mel Morris is selling the club for token price of £1 in a deal which would see him aiming to have his debts repaid through the sale process.
In my opinion I reckon that he is overcharging at this price. 🤣😁😅😃😄😀
