You missed this one on Monday!!!
"Miroslav Djukic oversaw his final training session as the Valencia manager this morning. Club president Amadeo Salvo announced the Serb's dismissal.
Although official sources assured on Sunday that Djukic would take up his position in the dugout on Thursday against Nástic in the Copa del Rey, the situation has changed quickly.
For the time being, reserve coach Nico Estévez will take charge of the first team while the club looks for a more permanent solution.
After the 3-0 defeat at the hands of Atlético, Djukic said that he believed that he was capable of guiding the team out of its current rut. Valencia's figures this season are terrible, with 20 points from 16 games and 8 defeats – its worst start since the '97/'98 season." (Marca)

And the next neck on the chopping block is...
Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay has been told by owner Vincent Tan to resign or he will be sacked.
In a letter emailed to Mackay on Monday, it is understood Tan listed in depth his grievances with the Scot.
Tan criticised 41-year-old Mackay at length in a range of areas, such as signings, transfer budgets, results on the pitch and style of play.
The Malaysian businessman also questioned the former Watford manager's record as a boss.

Sorry Dave, but you need a new manager now. What a Christmas present!
Northampton have sacked manager Aidy Boothroyd after their 4-1 home defeat to Wycombe left them bottom of Sky Bet League Two.
The former Watford boss took over at the Sixfields Stadium in November 2011 but the board have relieved him of his duties.
"Aidy Boothroyd has left Northampton Town Football Club," read a statement on the club's official website.

League One side Brentford appoint Mark Warburton as manager after the departure of Uwe Rosler to Championship club Wigan. Warburton, a former youth team coach at Watford, was the Bees' sporting director while Rosler was still at Griffin Park. FRESH IN BRENTFORD have appointed former Sheffield United boss David Weir as assistant to new manager Mark Warburton at Griffin Park. "Even the departure of former boss Uwe Rosler to Wigan earlier this month has not halted their momentum, with Warburton becoming the first manager in Brentford's 124-year history to win his first four games in charge." (BBC Sport)
34 from the last 36 points!!! A shoo-in for December Manager of the Month to follow-up Uwe's award for November!

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer set to become Cardiff City manager
Cardiff are set to name Molde coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as their new manager.
Solskjaer flew to London on Wednesday and will hold final talks with Bluebirds owner Vincent Tan and chairman Mehmet Dalman before the club's 15:00 GMT kick-off against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium. Contrary to reports in Norway, the deal has not yet been agreed. It is expected to be a formality and Cardiff hope it will be finalised in time for Solskjaer to attend the match.
I'm glad to see that Cardiff are about to appoint a manager with a proven track record unlike the bloke that they just got rid of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck Ole, you'll need it. See you in the championship next season.

Looks like Northampton Town could be getting that good looking bloke ( Ian Dowie ) as their next manager. Obviously can't be any worse than Bothroyd (can he).

Hmmm....a man with not an impressive success record! Although he did get Palace into the Premiership - for one season! May 2010 - to date....Sky Sports...matches 0, won 0, drawn 0, lost 0, can't work out the percentage! And, if you read between the lines, in those 15 years, he's only been in management for half the time!
