MAZARRÓN PULL IT OUT OF THE BAG
MAZARRON F.C. 1 v RANERO C.F. 0
An 80th minute goal by substitue Antonio Jose LOPEZ GARCIA is enough to give Mazarrón all three points and they close to 3 points from safety. The great escape is on.
They achieved this fantastic result with 10 men after Mazarrón goalkeeper Pablo was sent off in the 60th minute.
In a strange ending to the game Ranero also had their 'keeper' dismissed in the final minute.

CARTAGENA F.C.-UCAM 9-0 MAZARRON F.C.
A very disappointing result against a team struggling (like Mazarron) to stay in this division.
Not too bad at half-time with Mazarron only 2 goals down. But a collapse in the second half saw Cartagena easily take the three points.

LIGA NACIONAL JUVENIL GRUPO X - game 31

To be played at the CAMPUS UNIVERSITARIO
REAL MURCIA C.F. SAD v MAZARRON F.C.
With only four games to go and Mazarrón fighting for every point to avoid relegation the last thing that they wanted was to face league leaders Real Murcia away. But you can only play what's put in front of you. Good luck lads, you might need it.

With the Saturday scores going our way a single point will move Mazarrón out of the relegation zone but three would be nice 👍

It was always going to be a tough game............
REAL MURCIA C.F. SAD 5-1 MAZARRON F.C.
Mazarron's goal by Domingo CABRERA ACOSTA.
A close first half with the score just 1-1 at half time, but a barrage from Murcia's Jesus PEREZ LOPEZ settled the game.
Snr. Perez Lopez netted all four second half goals, plus the one in the first half. Not a bad afternoon's work.
The BIG winners on the day were Cartagena FC (*) who pummelled fellow relegation strugglers Jumilla by 10-0 moving them above Mazarron. Mazarron are now 2 points from safety again with three games to play.
(*) Remember they beat Mazarron 9-0 two weeks ago. That's the way to get out of the relegation places!

Cartagena FC lost on Saturday, which is great for Mazarrón, but Muleño won which isn't so good.
But if or when we win on Sunday we will be level with Muleño and will go into the last two games on level points.
But we need a win on Sunday!

TWO GAMES TO GO. WATCH OUT FOR CHANGE OF DAY FROM THE USUAL WEEKEND TO A TUESDAY NIGHT KICKOFF
NEXT AWAY GAME
LIGA NACIONAL JUVENIL GRUPO X - game 33
7.30pm (19.30) TUESDAY 30/05/2017
To be played at the CAMPO MPAL. JOSE BARNES
UCAM MURCIA C.F. v MAZARRON F.C.
Let's not beat about the bush, Mazarrón need six points from these two last games if they have any chance of survival but the omens are not good for the first of those two games.
In early January Murcia visited Mazarrón and walked away with all three points in a 2-4 win, they currently sit in seventh place in the league but have nothing to play for which could help our boys who are fighting for their lives.
One saving grace is that two of the four teams fighting to avoid the two remaining relegation places are playing against each other, Muleño and EF Santa Ana-Cartagena, and the other, Cartagena FC are at home to eighth placed Ranero.
So over to you lads, your future is in your own hands.
FINAL SCORE
Murcia 2 v Mazarrón 0😤

Bad news for our lads....
Cartagena FC , who were one point behind Mazarrón, ran out 5-4 winners against Ranero on Thursday.
This pushed Mazarron and Muleño 2 points into the relegation places.

IT'S OUT OF OUR HANDS NOW
Next weekends game is now a win or bust occasion. With Mazarrón losing 2-0 at Murcia on Tuesday night and Cartagena winning last weekend they are now 2 points above us with one game to go. Also throw into the pot Muleño who are also two points behind Cartagena it's squeaky bum time.
Three points needed boys.🤞
