BRENTFORDS APPOINTMENT OF A NEW MANAGER Remember folks, you heard it first here on the forum on May 25th. www.mazarronfc.es always first with the footie news. And a quote from the new man at the helm Dijkhuizen, whose experience of British football extends to a 10-game loan spell at Dunfermline as a player in 2000-01, told the Championship club's website: "I have been to Brentford once before, with my father and brother, to see a game against Coventry City in March 2014. "We stood on the terrace behind the goal and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of football. There was some very good play. "We also loved the ambiance in and around the stadium. That is football at its best. I am looking forward to working with everyone at the club for a bright future."

NEW FACE AT WATFORD?
Watford set to appoint Flores
Newly-promoted Watford are expected to confirm the appointment of former Atletico Madrid boss Quique Sanchez Flores as their new manager later on Friday.
The Hornets had been in talks to extend the contract of Slavisa Jokanovic, who had guided the club into the Premier League.
However, after those negotiations broke down over the Serb's salary demands, Watford moved to secure the services of Sanchez Flores. The 50-year-old Spaniard won La Liga with Real Madrid as a player in 1994-95.

THANKS FOR SAVING US FROM RELEGATION, OH BY THE WAY YOUR SACKED!
Newcastle caretaker manager John Carver has been sacked along with coach Steve Stone, BBC Sport has learned.
Carver, 50, took charge for the final 20 games of this season following the departure of Alan Pardew to Crystal Palace, but won just three matches.
The club narrowly avoided relegation from the Premier League.
Former England and Derby manager Steve McClaren is the favourite to become Pardew's permanent successor when he returns from holiday later this week.
McClaren was twice approached by Newcastle towards the end of the season but preferred to stay at Derby.
He was then sacked when the Rams failed to reach the Championship play-offs.
Carver, who played as a junior for Newcastle, returned to his hometown club in 2010 and was appointed assistant manager to Pardew the following year.

OH DEAR, OH DEAR, OH DEAR. SEE YOU IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP NEXT SASON.
Steve McClaren has been appointed as the new head coach of Newcastle United.
The 54-year-old succeeds John Carver, who was sacked on Tuesday, and the former England manager has also been named on the club's board.
Mike Ashley has left his position on the board but remains owner.
McClaren, who has signed a three-year contract that could be extended to eight years, said: "I'm determined to give the supporters a team they can be proud of."
Ex-England boss McClaren, sacked by Derby in May, had turned down the Magpies job twice - after Alan Pardew's departure in December and before the last three games of the season.

I DIDN'T SEE THIS ONE COMING AS WELL
Sheffield Wednesday have sacked head coach Stuart Gray after 18 months in charge.
Wednesday finished 13th in the Championship last season, 18 points off the play-off spots and 19 clear of the relegation zone.
Gray's final game in charge was a 1-1 draw at Vicarage Road which denied Watford the Championship title.
He was appointed head coach in January 2014 after taking over on a caretaker basis when Dave Jones was sacked.

Torquay United have appointed Paul Cox as their new manager.
The 43-year-old has been out of work since leaving Mansfield by mutual consent last November and succeeds Chris Hargreaves as Gulls boss.
"Paul Cox has all the credentials we're looking for," said chairman David Phillips "He's been there and done it, he got Mansfield out of the Conference and into the league and that's what we want him to do with us," Phillips added.
Cox led Mansfield to the Conference title in 2013 and then guided them to an 11th-placed finish in League Two.
Hargreaves left Torquay at the weekend after being put on gardening leave, having failed to come to an agreement with the club's new owners over pay.

THIS ONE "FOXED" ME, DIDN'T SEE IT COMING.
Leicester City have sacked manager Nigel Pearson, with the club saying the working relationship between Pearson and the board was "no longer viable".
Pearson, 51, guided the Foxes to 14th in the Premier League in 2014-15.
"Regrettably, the club believes that the working relationship between Nigel and the board is no longer viable," said a Leicester statement.
"It has become clear that fundamental differences in perspective exist between us."
