According to his Twitter feed, "ex-jugador del Atletico de Madrid, Livingstone (1div Scot), Logroñes, Elche F.C, Getafe C.F, Polideportivo Ejido, Cacereño, Benidorm, Alcobendas, Aguilas, Etc."
So, he's certainly been around. Mind you, at 35, he should have been.
1.80m tall, 80kg and right-footed.
One name missing form the above list is that of our fellow Tercera team, Estudiantes, where he was at the end of last season.
Here's a video (only an interview in Spanish) from two seasons ago when he was at Águilas............

A much needed and significant signing.
The events of the last home game against Lorca brought home the need for a seasoned second goalkeeper.
Welcome to Mazarrón FC, let hope that Peña stays fit and this lad keeps the bench warm.
This signing also means that young David will have a chance to learn from two experienced keepers and will be give time to grow and mature as the future of goalkeeping in Mazarrón.

He played against us last weekend wearing the number 11 shirt. Here’s what Mazarrón FC are saying Javier García "Randry" is committed to Mazarrón FC from the Olimpico de Totana, having played 20 games and 3 goals. Player of 25 years, he plays on the left wing. The lad has 8 yellow cards so far this season and one red so should fit in well. As he’s over 23 we might have to make ve someone out to comply with the rules.
