MORE ON THE SOUTHAMPTON JOB. Southampton hope to appoint a replacement to Mauricio Pochettino before this summer's World Cup. Les Reed, executive director at St Mary's, has been tasked with leading the search and has already begun searching for a new manager. It is understood the club are keen for the new man to speak good English although at this stage no formal shortlist has been put together. So that's Steve McClaren out of the running then.

Celtic announce the appointment of Ronny Deila as the club's new manager.
The 38-year-old guided Stromsgodset to the Tippeligaen title last season.
The former central defender also enjoyed Norwegian Cup success in 2010, having been promoted from his assistant manager's position in 2008.
Ronny Deila is a former defender and won two caps for Norway before stepping up from player coach to manager at Stromsgodset in 2008.
His story as manager has been one of progression, lifting a club which averages attendances of less than 6,000 from 11th in the table, to second in 2013 and champions in 2014.
It was a first their first title in 43 years but Deila moves to become only Celtic's fifth manager since 2000.
