Ilkeston FC have been charged for not playing their Northern Premier League fixtures, despite being suspended before the season started.
The club had their licence suspended by the league for not paying creditors, and competition officials say they have yet to see evidence of payment.
Ilkeston could not play their league games against Stafford Rangers, Whitby Town or Stourbridge because of the ban.
The charges will be heard by a league panel on Wednesday, 31 August.
"In order for the league's board to review the decision [to suspend the club], supporting evidence relating to payments made are required from the club. To date, none has been received despite several requests," a statement from the league said.
"Consequently, the club's licence remains suspended and, in accordance with FA rules, Ilkeston FC have therefore been charged under league rule 8.6 with three counts of failing to fulfil a fixture."

A TOWN WITH AN UNWANTED TITTLE
Nottingham Forest finally put an end to their run of games of 23 games in all competitions without keeping a clean sheet by defeating Ipswich at the weekend.
This will keep Notts County's record stretch of 45 games in league matches without keeping a clean sheet alive for a few more years - and then probably some more.

THIS COULD COST HIM £5 MILLION
West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis has lost a £3.7m High Court battle with former club Crystal Palace. A Premier League Managers' Arbitration Tribunal ruled earlier this year Pulis should pay £3.7m damages to the club in a dispute about the way he left at the start of the 2014-15 season
Palace bosses said Pulis told them he was committed to the club but left two days after getting a £2m bonus. Pulis, 56, denied deceiving them into paying the bonus.
He challenged the order in the High Court but a judge ruled against him.

WILL HE STAY OR WILL HE GO NOW?
The Football Association have suspended Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino from all football activities for 18 months and fined the Italian £250,000.
He was charged with breaching the FA's football agent rules over the sale of Ross McCormack to Fulham in 2014.
In addition, the club have also been fined £250,000.
Cellino, whose ban will start on 1 February 2017, has already indicated to the FA that he intends to appeal against the ruling.

AND YOU THINK FOREST HAVE MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS?
Palermo appoint 10th manager in a year
Is Palermo the hardest club to manage in football?
The Serie A club have appointed Diego Lopez as their new coach - their TENTH manager change since January 2016 (if my maths is right).

HOW MANY ENGLISH PLAYERS SCORED IN THE PREMIERSHIP LAST WEEKEND (12.2.17)? ONE!
With Gareth Southgate set to name his squad for next month's friendly against Germany soon, the England manager may have been an alarmed observer this weekend, as one after another, English strikers failed to find the net.
Harry Kane started but barely threatened. Marcus Rashford and Danny Welbeck were reduced to cameo appearances. Wayne Rooney and Daniel Sturridge were unused substitutes. And wildcard possibilities like Andy Carroll or Jermain Defoe were injured and off-form respectively.
Not even the likes of Dele Alli, Adam Lallana or Theo Walcott got on the scoresheet, meaning no English player had scored this weekend before Sunday's late game between Swansea and Leicester.
But it wasn't Foxes striker Jamie Vardy who finally broke the duck, as Swans centre-back Alfie Mawson produced a stunning volley to become the only English goalscorer in all nine of this weekend's fixtures.

Have a quick Google at the place......52°24'22.7"N, 1°31'33.6"W
Its stuck in the middle of developments with a rail line at the back and they'll never get any decent size out of it!
And there's no car park worth mentioning - except as a space for the local 'Hand Car Wash'!
Only saving grace is there are a few decent pubs round there.
EDIT.....just checked and even the pubs are closing by the looks of it.

ARE LEEDS ABOUT TO GET RID OF THEIR IDIOT OWNER?
Leeds buy out in next fortnight
Leeds co-owner Andrea Radrizzani said he expects to complete his 100 percent buy out at Elland Road within the next fortnight.
Radrizzani, 42, who already owns 50 per cent of the club's shares, has been in talks with Massimo Cellino over taking full control and told Sardinian newspaper Corriere della Sera the deal will be completed within two weeks.
"Within 10 days, at most two weeks, Leeds will be 100 per cent (mine)," Radrizzani told the Sardinian newspaper.
Leeds confirmed last week that talks between the two parties were "on-going and positive", while it has also been reported that Cellino will purchase Serie B club Brescia once he has severed all ties with Leeds.
Italian businessman Radrizzani, bought a 50 per cent stake in Leeds through his company Aser Group Holding in January.
