As usual, at the end of the 30 game season the top three teams in the Futsal League were InterMovistar, FC Barcelona and El Pozo Murcia (in that order).
If you remember, the top EIGHT teams then have a series of playoff games to decide the ultimate 'titulo' winner.
We are now down to FOUR who just happen to be InterMovistar, FC Barcelona, El Pozo Murcia and......Palma Futsal (Mallorca).
InterMovistar drew the minnows so Murcia have to take on Barcelona. This Saturday is the second of the three-game series and Murcia have to win having lost in Barcelona last weekend. If anyone is at a loose end in Murcia town on Saturday, kick-off is at 12:45 at the Palacio de Déportes next to Carrefour at Atalayas.

Not a good start for Murcia...
InterMovistar 7-3 El Pozo Murcia
Second of five in Madrid on Monday.
Murcia level the series with a great 5-1 win in Madrid.
Third game in Murcia on Saturday. 1 p.m. at the Palacio de Deportes.
Murcia lose 0-3
So it's do-or-die Monday at 21:00 in Murcia. El Pozo Murcia need to win to take the series to a fifth game decider.

So near, but so far!
El Pozo Murcia threw away a 4-1 lead and lost 4-5 to InterMovistar who win their 10th title by 3 games to one in the 5 game series.
Better luck next year.
