MAZARRON F.C. v C.D. LUMBRERAS
Match details
MAZARRON F.C. v C.D. LUMBRERAS
Kick off 4.30pm Sunday 24th November.
It's been a long time since we have played Lumbreras, in fact the last time it was May day 2011 when we gained a point at their place with a 0-0 draw having beaten them 2-0 at home and it's interesting that Lumbreras had a certain Dutch coach in charge of their team that season at the end of which unfortunately, for them, ended in relegation.
We meet them on Sunday following another season which saw Lumbreras dropping from the preferente to our division. Much vino has passed the lips since that last meeting but we still have two players still gracing the red shirt of Mazarron who played that day, Sam and Alfonso.
Last time out Lumbreras obtain a point at home with the final score being C.D. LUMBRERAS 1 C.D. ESPARRAGAL 1

Lumbreras are not having a happy start to their new season with stats of Played 9 won 1 drawn 5 lost 3 Goals for 7 Goals against 13 Points 8 and they lie in a lowly 15th place and equal next to bottom of the table. They are also struggling to score with their top marksman being RAMON BAYONAS HERNANDEZ with 3 goals and no one else having scored more than one. Mazarron FC will be missing Jose Ruben (suspended) Jose DA and Chema (injured)
For Mazarron FC this will be only the second game against a bottom team this season, the other being Fuente Alamo who we put to the sword and on paper it looks like we could be in for 3 points but this is football and with our current disciplinary record we could be calling on a couple of our talented youngsters to fill a void or two.
As the juveniles are playing on Saturday that mean a couple of the best youngsters could be made available for the senior game where we will be a little light due to injuries and suspensions.
This game should put us back on the road after last weekends reversal at Alberca.
Weather forecast for Sunny..... scorchio
Suspensions for Sunday 24.11.13
Mazarron
Jose Ruben suspended for one game for 2 yellow cards.
Antonio Lorente (manager) one game for 2 yellow cards.
Lumbreras
No sanctions or suspensions
