FIRST UP FOR THE CHOP IN THE PREMIERSHIP?
What's the odds on Mark Hughes being the first Premier League manager getting the chop this season? Not the best of starts.
Tony Pullis is not a happy bunny at West Brom. Will the saviour return??

OH NO, THE DREADED VOTE OF CONFIDENCE
Mark Hughes has the full backing of the Stoke City board, despite his side failing to win any of their first five fixtures.
Hughes' men are bottom of the Premier League having lost four of their five matches, and earned only one point.

OR WILL IT BE........
Swansea manager Francesco Guidolin has been under scrutiny in recent weeks.
The Wales Online outlet are reporting that club chiefs have concerns over the start to the season - Swansea are 15th having lost three and drawn one out of five games - but that no discussions have taken place about Guidolin.

WHILE SOME ROUNDABOUTS SPIN SOME STAND STILL
Forest are at home tonight in the league cup against Arsenal and I saw a stat earlier which was interesting.
Since Forest and Arsenal last played each other in 1999, the Forest have had 21 managers, while Arsene have had one, Wenger is still at the North London club - he marks his 20th anniversary this year.
Stability leads to success?

BANG AND ANOTHER ONE GOES
The first big managerial casualty of the season has happened in League Two, where Leyton Orient have parted company with Andy Hessenthaler. It happened after the side lost at Notts County on Saturday.

OH SAM, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? The Football Association is investigating allegations England manager Sam Allardyce used his role to negotiate a £400,000 deal and offer advice on how to "get around" rules on player transfers. Who will be the next England manager? ??

WATCH THIS SPACE
It looks as though Villa boss Roberto Di Matteo is already fighting to save his job. The Guardian say he must win one of the next two or he will be fired. Villa are 17th in the Championship with one win from nine games.

Even though he managed The Blues side of town, he would probably be accepted at Villa Park.

HA HA HA😃
Derby County manager Nigel Pearson has been suspended by the club and will not be in charge of the team for Tuesday's Championship match at Cardiff City.
Assistant boss Chris Powell will take control of the side.
The Rams have not won in six league matches and are third from bottom, having scored just three league goals.
"Nigel Pearson will not be carrying out his duties at Tuesday's game at the request of the club," said a statement on Derby's website.
Pearson is said to have been suspended, pending an internal investigation, following a meeting with the club's owner and chairman Mel Morris at their training ground on Monday afternoon.
What's he been up to now?

WHAT A SHOCK, I DIDN'T SEE THIS COMING😄
Aston Villa have sacked Roberto di Matteo as manager after just 124 days in the job.
Villa are now looking for their fifth boss inside a year after deciding to replace the Italian, who won just one of 11 Championship games in charge.

TWO PREMIERSHIP MANAGERS GO ON ONE DAY!!!
The dismissal was coming but replaced by someone with NO experience of English or top class European football? Risky.
Francesco Guidolin has been sacked as Swansea head coach and been replaced by former USA manager Bob Bradley.
The Swans have not won in the Premier League since the opening day of the season and are 17th in the table.

YOUR HAVING A LAUGH
There are a number of former Forest manager's that have been linked with the vacant job at Aston Villa, after Roberto Di Matteo's sacking earlier today.
Steve McClaren is fifth favourite at 8/1, while the likes of Billy Davies, Dougie Freedman and Stuart Pearce are all in the betting, along with ex-Red and former Villa boss Martin O'Neill.
