Now is this 'going up' or 'going down'?
"League Two club Cambridge United have appointed former Notts County manager Shaun Derry as their new boss. The 37-year-old had been available since his sacking by the Magpies in March, when the club were one place above the League One relegation zone. Former Crystal Palace and QPR midfielder Derry replaces Richard Money at a side currently 18th in the fourth tier and has signed a deal until 2018." (BBCSport)
From one place above the drop zone in level three to five places above the drop zone in level four.

You've got to be joking!
What an awful CV he's got.................
Josep Clotet Ruiz (born 28 April 1977) is a Spanish football coach, currently working as assistant manager of Swansea City.
Football career Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Clotet only appeared for local amateurs CF Igualada as a player. Still in his 20s he became a coach, starting with UE Cornellà then moving to RCD Espanyol's youth teams.
Clotet began the 2006–07 season with another side in his native region, UE Figueres, being fired after only nine games as it eventually suffered relegation from Segunda División B. He subsequently returned to his previous club, still in charge of the youths.
Clotet returned to senior football in the 2009–10 campaign, with Espanyol's reserves.[1] He met the same fate as in his previous experience, being sacked following the seventh round and with the team also being relegated from the third level.
During one year Clotet worked in Sweden, starting as assistant to Roland Nilsson at Malmö FF, who won the 2010 the Allsvenskan championship. He then joined fellow league club Halmstads BK as head coach,[2] finishing 16th and last.
On 20 September 2011, Clotet agreed on joining Viking FK as coach in new manager Åge Hareide's backroom staff for the 2012 season.[3] After Hareide was sacked and Kjell Jonevret was appointed as his replacement, he left to look for a new challenge.[4]
On 11 July 2012 Clotet was appointed at Málaga CF's reserves in Tercera División, where he helped develop several players that would reach the first team shortly after, a situation mainly aided by the Andalusians' unstable economic situation.[5] He left the club after only one season, not being able to attain promotion.
On 19 November 2013, Clotet was appointed academy consultant at Swansea City.[6] In May of the following year, he was promoted to assistant manager.

NOT THE GUY WE FIRST THOUGHT MIGHT GET THE JOB THEN
Brentford are to appoint Dean Smith as their head coach.
The 44-year-old is leaving League One side Walsall, where he has managed for almost six years, to take over at Championship Brentford.
Must be some relived 'Bee's" fans out there.

WHEN YOUR THE BOTTOM OF ALL 4 DIVISIONS AND HAVEN'T WON IN 12 GAMES YOU'VE JUST GOT TO EXPECT THE AXE TO FALL HAVEN'T YOU?
League Two's bottom side Yeovil Town have parted company with manager Paul Sturrock.
Sturrock, 59, only took charge in April but the club have gone 12 league games without a victory and are in danger of suffering back-to-back relegations.
Darren Way has been installed as interim manager at Huish Park.

Former Manchester United and England defender Gary Neville has been named as Valencia's head coach until the end of the season. The 40-year-old, who will take charge officially on Sunday, will remain part of the England coaching set-up.
Peter Lim, Valencia's Singaporean owner, has a stake in Salford City, the non-league club co-owned by Neville.
His brother Phil, who joined the Spanish club as assistant manager in July, will stay on the coaching staff.
England head coach Roy Hodgson said: "As far as I'm concerned, this will be an extra string to his bow and the experience he will gain working in the Spanish league can only be beneficial to our work together with the England team. "Gary's commitment to the FA's preparations for Euro 2016 will not be in any way affected by the fact that he will be coaching abroad during the next five months."
Neville replaces Nuno Espirito Santo, who resigned after Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Sevilla, a result that left Valencia ninth in the Spanish league. The club finished fourth last season, but have won only five of their opening 13 league matches this term.
