NEXT GAME
11.30 Saturday 9th April 2016
MAZARRÓN FB v EF TORRE PACHECO
Currently Mazarron are 4 points adrift of safety in the last relegation spot and need a few wins in the remaining 7 games if they are to secure their place in this league. This game could be the first step in doing so.
Torre Pacheco are 5 places and 16 points above Mazarron but all thing are possible in the beautiful game.
The two sides met in November of last year and in a hard fought game Mazarron came off second best in a 5-3 home win.

NEXT GAME
ONLY 6 GAMES TO GO
17.30 (5.30pm) Saturday 16th April 2016
GUADALUPE-UCAM v MAZARRÓN FB
Mazarron, who are still in the relegation zone and are 5 points from safety, travel to 4th placed Guadalupe desperately trying to close that gap to safety. And it ain't going to be an easy job.
These sides last met in Mazarron in November where our boys suffered their heaviest defeat of the season losing 1-10.
With 6 games to go Mazarron need to turn this season around and soon but starting with this game, I'm not so sure.

NEXT GAME (5 games to go)
6.30pm (18.30) MONDAY 25th April 2016
MAZARRÓN FB v SAN CRISTOBAL CF
It's getting a bit desperate now for Mazarron FB who are in the final relegation place some 5 points from safety and need points from somewhere and this weekends game could just help them close the gap to the team above them.
San Cristobal sit at the bottom of the league having won just once this season and in doing so they have conceded 128 goals.
Mazarron visited San Cristobal last November and won 2-4. Same again please lads.

NEXT GAME
Sheduled for Saturday 30th April or Sunday 1st May 2016 (TBC)
CD LUMBRERAS v MAZARRÓN FB
With 4 games to go Mazarron FB are looking relegation full in the face even after Monday's great 7-1 win and these next 4 games will make or break their season and they must also hope other sides help them out.
Of those 4 games two are against teams below its them, one is a mid table side but they also have to take on league leader Lorqui, a hard task but it is possible.
First up is CD Lumbreras who sit next to bottom of the league having won just one game all season. The two sides met in December when Mazarron on 3-2. They need to repeat that scoreline if they wish to survive this season.

I think this league has a play-off for the last relegation place. Mazarrón are now 2 points adrift of CD Algar (who lost yesterday) with 3 games to play.

NEXT GAME
3 GAMES TO GO
11.30 Saturday 7th May 2016 MAZARRÓN FB v ADM LORQUI
Mazarron FB are 2 points from safety with three games to go and on the face of it this is not a good time to be taking on the league leaders.
But Mazarron of late have shown some determination and with home advantage they must be looking for 3 points to help themselves to safety.
To say that there is a gulf in their league positions is an understatement but Mazarron nearly sprang a surprise in December only just losing 4-3, so fingers crossed.

WHAM, BAM!
FINAL SCORE
MAZARRON FB 0 ADM LORQUI 9
Not the result we wanted or needed.
But CD Algar also lose, they are the team two points above our lads, so all hope isn't lost yet.
And of the two teams our boys have the slightly easier final two games but they are those two points adrift.

NEXT GAME
11.30 Sunday 15th May 2016 MAZARRÓN FB v CUIDAD JARDIN EF
Mazarron FB are holding onto their place in the league by their fingertips but have a chance next weekend against a side just above them in the league.
When Mazarron FB traveled Ciudad Jardin in January they returned with a 1-2 away win so hope is still alive.

FINAL SCORE
MAZARRON F.B CIUDAD 3 v JARDIN E.F.-UPCT 6
Mazarron goal scorers:
Izan Nieto Vivancos, & Manuel MERLOS ORTEGA (2)
What a pity, now their fate is out of their own hands. Mazarron must win next weekends game and hope Algar slip up to give our lads the chance of staying in this division.

NEXT (and final) GAME
Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd May 2016 CFS PROGRESO v MAZARRÓN FB
A must win game, only three points can save them and then we will have to rely on CD Algar slipping up to give Mazarron any chance of staving off relegation.
But there is a glimmer of hope. Mazarron gave 6th placed Progreso a 3-0 drumming in January so they know that they can beat them.
Meanwhile CD Algar take on Guadalupe who are 4th in the table and it finished 7-0 to Guadalupe last time they met. CD Algar are also in a mess with the result of last weekends game finishing in a 6-0 defeat.
So it's still possible, just, so now it's over to you boys.
