NEXT GAME
C.D. LUMBRERAS v MAZARRON FUTBOL BASE
5.45pm (17.45) THURSDAY 16th April 2015
Why this game is being played on Thursday night I don't know but appears a bit strange.
2nd placed Lumbreras take on 6th placed Mazarron FB, only 4 places between them but the points difference is 20.
The two sides met in early December last year in Mazarron when the final score was 2-3 to CD Lumbreras.
Mazarron FB have had a number of good results recently so fingers crossed for revenge up in the hills of Lumbreras.

NEXT GAME C.D. LUMBRERAS v MAZARRON FUTBOL BASE 5.45pm (17.45) THURSDAY 16th April 2015 Why this game is being played on Thursday night I don't know but appears a bit strange. From their website, Thursday is the regular Benjamines training night from 5 o'clock, so I guess they've tied it in to that to give someone the weekend off!

NEXT GAME MAZARRON FB v AD LA VAGUADA CARTAGENA
6pm (18.00) THURSDAY 23rd April 2015 (St. George's day)
This will be an opportunity for our youngest junior side to bounce back from last weeks 3-0 defeat against Lumbreras.
Cartagena languish at the bottom of the league whilst Mazarron FB are in a comfortable 6th place.
The last time that the two sides met was in mid December in Cartagena with Mazarron coming out on top with a 1-4 win. This time it's at home so we could be in for a decent score line.
*Note, this is a THURSDAY kickoff*

NEXT GAME
10am (10.00) Saturday 9th May 2015 NUEVA CARTAGENA FC v MAZARRÓN FB
After returning from their 'bye week' following their 8-0 demolition of another Cartagena side Mazarron FB youngest team take on league leaders Nueva Cartagena, so they need to be on the top of their game for this one.
Mazarron FB return to action sitting in a comfortable 7th place and sit mid table in an excellent season.

FINAL SCORE (and I have been waiting since Saturday for the federation to publish this result)
NUEVA CARTAGENA F.C. 7 - 2 MAZARRON FUTBOL BASE
That score line means that Cartagena have scored over 100 goals so far this season.
I still await the Mazarron goal scorers.

NEXT FIXTURE
7pm (19.00) FRIDAY 15th MAY 2015 MAZARRÓN FB v EMF FUENTE ALAMO
Fresh from their mauling by top of the table a Nueva Cartagena our lads are back on home turf to face a team from the lower regions of their league.
Fuente Alamo sit in 13th place in this 15 team league compered to our boys 8th position, but, and there is always a but, last time these two sides met it was a 3-2 victory for Fuente Alamo. Home advantage could be key here.

NEXT GAME
10.00 SATURDAY 23rd MAY 2015
LORCA 'A' v MAZARRON FB
They might be called Lorca 'A' but they sit in 11th place in the league and last time out they were held to a 4-4 draw away at bottom club Cartagena whilst our boys had a thumping good 6-3 win over Fuente Alamo. This has put Mazarron FB into 6th place and in a strong mid table position.
The last time these two sides met in January our lads ran out 6-2 winners. Same again please.

NEXT GAME
11.30 SATURDAY 30th MAY 2015
MAZARRON FB v CA PULPILEÑO
After last weekend disappointment of being on the wrong end of a 5-4 result the lads pick themselves up, dust themselves down and welcome Pulpieño to town.
Pulpieño had a good 6-2 home win last weekend but it was against bottom side Cartagena and 7th placed Mazarron are two places and 5 points above their visitor.
The sides met in February when our lads came away with a 4-5 win, they seem to like that scoreline don't they?
Including this game Mazarron have 3 games to go before the end of the season.
